There are only THREE reasons Board Members will receive notices of CCIS Requests/Work Orders.
- When the Management Company cannot discern whether a Request is covered by the Association or the Co-owner, Requests are assigned to Board Members.
- When a Vendor Inquiry is over the approved spending limit for the Management Company, Board Members must approve the spending (convert an Inquiry to a Work Order).
- When there are many significant, related issues, Board Members may ask for Notification. In these cases, no work is required by Board Members.
