The Management Company is responsible for collecting fees and managing maintenance for our property. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM – 3:30 PM. If you have any questions, please contact the Management Company.
Dues must be received in the management company by the 1st of each month. Late fees will be assessed for dues received after the 10th of the month. For current fees and to set up automatic debits, please visit the Dues and Assessments page.
Responsibility is shared between the Co-owners and the Association. Read more about our insurance agent and the coverage on our Insurance page.
Common requirements are in place because we co-own common property and rely on each other to maintain our property value. The Governing Documents lists the various regulations and policies.
Harbour Towne offers many regular services including lawn and landscaping, snow removal, pesticide application, staining siding, washing windows, and so forth. Check out the Buildings and Grounds sections for details and preparation instructions.
Non-routine Maintenance Issues
Email is the primary means of communication for Co-owners. If you don’t have an email address please contact the Management Company to be notified by mail or phone. Alternatively, ask a family member to receive email messages and alert you of details.
The Co-owner directory, financial reports, and other protected information are accessible through the CCIS/Request system. Contact the Management Company to set up login credentials.

Board of Directors
The HTCA Board of Directors meets the second Wednesday of most months at 6:30 PM room on the second floor at the Naval Submarine Museum. All are welcome, but please alert the board president in advance (the doors lock automatically so someone needs to let guests in after hours).
Our many volunteers (Co-owners) keep our costs low and thus help manage our Association fees. Please look for ways to use your talents to support our community. This page lists some of our current opportunities.
