The following list of preferred service providers has been compiled as a help to Co-Owners for specific services aligned with HTCA Co-Owner’s responsibilities for repair and maintenance. Based upon feedback received from other Co-Owners, these companies have been known to provide quality services aligned with HTCA’s requirements. These companies have previously met HTCA’s requirements for construction, licensing, and insurance coverage. Please note that Co-Owners are responsible and accountable for all the work being performed by any hired service provider regardless of if the service provider is on the list below. Co-Owners need to confirm their selected service provider has appropriate insurance coverage and licenses and has filed all appropriate permits needed with the City of Muskegon.
As the responsible Co-Owner, you are reminded to closely monitor the work being performed to ensure that it is compliant with HTCA requirements.

Co-Owners due to financial, staffing, and other limitations. -
