What is CCIS?
CCIS is Harbour Towne’s Computerized, Condo Information System. CCIS has multiple components:
- The Maintenance Request System is where Co-Owners can submit and monitor the status of Co-Owner Requests
- It stores information about people and HTCA co-owned assets.
- It securely hosts HTCA Password Protected Resources to keep Co-Owners’ private information from the general public.
Who can use CCIS?
- Harbour Towne Co-owners with login credentials. Contact the Management Company to get yours.
- Vendors who are invited to serve our community are given credentials by the Management Company.
Where/When is CCIS accessed?
- CCIS/Request System can be accessed directly (https://ccis.harbourtownecondos.com/), or through any of the Protected Resources links on the website
- CCIS/Request System is available 24 hours per day 365 days per year.
